Superior reduction

I know this topic was discussed in the meeting today, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any more details regarding Superior reducing their rates and what that will look like. Also, if anyone has any additional information on the super provider application and process.

From what I learned from @lsilva and @itapia yesterday, the Super Provider application window has closed for this cycle. It wasn't easy to find and it did require some "digging" on the Superior website. They may have more details that would be helpful, @nyarbrough
